The Dent County Sheriff’s Office released reports for Sunday, October 26th. At approximately 1:27 in the morning, the Dent County Sheriff's Office received a telephone call that a 2010 Ford Focus had its tires slashed while parked at the Road House. A deputy arrived and made contact with the victim. She stated that she was preparing to leave the Road House when she discovered both of her passenger side tires were flat and appeared to have been slashed by a sharp object. The investigation is ongoing. Then at approximately 1:20 in the afternoon, a deputy responded to 1409 W. Franklin in regards to two subjects huffing air duster near a residence. A deputy arrived on the scene and met with a Salem Police Officer who had two subjects, one male, one female, detained. According to the officer, when he arrived at the residence he observed both subjects huffing a compressed can of air duster after which they both began having a seizure on the ground. An ambulance was called to evaluate both subjects before taking any further action. After EMS personnel cleared the subjects, they were identified as Mr. Michael Douglas and Ms. Rebecca Lunn. Both subjects were arrested for intentionally inhaling the fumes of solvents and trespassing. Both subjects were transported to the Dent County Sheriff’s Office for further booking and processing. Both subjects were released with summons for Intentionally Inhale the Fumes of Any Solvents and Trespass.
