In order to share the community’s unique heritage with both visitors and local residents, Craig and the Salem Area Community Betterment Association created the Ozark Natural and Cultural Resource Center. Craig, as the managing director, has helped the Ozark Natural and Cultural Resource Center evolve into a community resource providing hands-on workshops and free exhibits. “It’s a great accomplishment to see the development of the complex and a space that will be around for generations,” Craig said.
