The next meeting of the Commissioners will be Thursday morning at 9:00 and the meeting is open to the public.

Missouri high school seniors and current college students have just a few days left to submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Missouri FAFSA deadline is April 1. The FAFSA is the application that will determine how much financial aid students receive for college. Receiving financial aid is extremely important to many families these days because as the College Board reported last year, the average cost of a 4-year, public university increased 6.3 percent to $5,836 per year. Last year more than $152 billion in financial aid was awarded, and all that you have to do to be eligible for this money is fill out the FAFSA.
